It knows what your callers mean

Nobody rings up and asks for the name on your price list. Clayta matches what people actually say to the right service and duration.

The call you can never take

The phone always rings with a polisher running and both hands on a panel. That's the one Clayta is for.

Answers while you work

Books full interior detail, exterior detail, ceramic coating and the rest of your list, without you putting anything down.

Answers what you get asked

Prices, hours, how long full interior detail takes — it answers from what you've told it, and takes a message rather than guessing when it hasn't been told.

Answers after you've closed

You're open maybe 50 hours a week. There are 168. A call at nine on a Sunday either becomes a booking or becomes somebody else's.

Your phone right now is a liability

The second one gets a busy tone or voicemail

After you've closed

Questions from detailers

Price depends on the vehicle. Can it ask the right questions?

It asks what you have told it changes the price — usually size and condition — before quoting anything. A pickup and a hatchback do not get the same number, and where the answer depends on seeing the car, it says so instead of guessing.

I'm mobile. Does it handle 'do you come to me'?

Yes, and this is worth setting up properly. It answers your travel area and any callout charge as you have written them, and captures the address as part of the booking, so a mobile job is booked with the place attached.

A full correction takes two days. Will it book that correctly?

It books the duration you set for the service, so a multi-day job blocks multi-day rather than an afternoon. Nobody else gets offered a slot inside it.
