What Clayta does, and what it doesn’t
Clayta is an AI voice receptionist and booking assistant for small businesses that take appointments by phone. It answers calls, books and reschedules appointments, answers questions the business has configured, and passes calls to the owner when it should not handle them itself.

What Clayta does
- Answers inbound calls in English and Spanish
- Books, reschedules and cancels appointments
- Handles several callers at the same time
- Answers questions from details the business has configured
- Takes a message and notifies the owner when it cannot answer
- Syncs with Square Appointments
- Discloses that it is an AI and that the call is recorded
What Clayta does not do

- Does not send payment links
- Does not send text messages of any kind
- Does not process payments of any kind from callers
- Does not ask for or accept card details by voice
- Does not make outbound sales or marketing calls

Payments
Clayta never handles money from your clients. It does not take deposits, send payment links, or accept card details. Your subscription is the only payment Revant LLC processes, and it is billed through Stripe.
