What does Clayta do, and what doesn't it do?

Clayta is an AI voice receptionist and booking assistant for small businesses that take appointments by phone. It answers calls, books and reschedules appointments, answers questions the business has configured, and passes calls to the owner when it should not handle them itself.

It does not take deposits, send payment links, process payments, ask for card details by voice, send marketing texts, make outbound sales calls, give medical or legal advice, or guess an answer it hasn't been given.
