How do I cancel?

Settings → Plan → Cancel my plan. You do it yourself, in the dashboard, without contacting anybody.

Your line keeps answering until the end of the period you've already paid for. You can export your calls, transcripts and client records before you go.

Your own business number is unaffected — dial *73 to stop forwarding and calls come straight back to you. The Clayta number stops working and may be reissued.
