Is there a free trial?

Yes. Your first seven days are free on either plan. We take your card when you sign up, so your number can be bought and your line can go live straight away, and nothing is charged before day seven.

On day seven your first month is invoiced, unless you have cancelled before then. Cancel during the free seven days and you pay nothing at all: your number keeps answering until the trial ends, and no charge is ever made.

The free week has its own minute allowance, which is seven thirtieths of the plan's month: 35 minutes on Starter and 140 on Growth. If you use them all before day seven, the line stops answering until you start your plan, which brings it straight back with a full month of minutes.

Your dashboard shows how many trial minutes are left and the date your first invoice lands, so neither is a surprise.
