What counts as a minute?

Time the assistant spends on a call, rounded up to the nearest minute. A typical booking call runs two to three minutes, so the 150 minutes included with Starter covers roughly 50 to 70 calls a month.

Texts are not minutes. Confirmations and reminders don't count against your allowance.

Your dashboard shows what you've used so far this month, so it isn't a surprise at the end.
