Can I listen to my calls?

You read them rather than listen to them. Every call arrives under Calls as a full written transcript, next to what was booked.

Calls are recorded, and every caller is told so. The recording is kept for your account's retention period and then deleted, but your dashboard shows the transcript, not a player. Turn recording off if you'd rather keep no audio — the transcripts and the recorded-call notice go with it.
