Yes. A caller can move or cancel an existing appointment on the phone, and your calendar updates accordingly.

It recognises a returning caller from their number, so somebody ringing to move their Thursday appointment doesn't have to explain who they are first.

Cancellations free the slot immediately, which is what makes the waitlist useful — the time can go to somebody else the same day.
