What does Clayta say when it answers?

Every call opens by telling the caller the call is recorded and that they are speaking with an AI assistant, then it names your business and asks how it can help.

That disclosure is applied to every caller, everywhere, and cannot be switched off while recording is on. You can turn recording off entirely, and the notice goes with it.

You can change the wording around your business name and the greeting itself. You cannot make it claim to be a person — if a caller asks outright, it answers honestly.
