What does Clayta say when it answers?

It tells the caller the call is recorded and that they're speaking with an AI assistant, names your business, and asks how it can help.

Every caller hears that notice, and it can't be switched off while recording is on. You can change the greeting under My Business, but not make it claim to be a person — asked outright, it answers honestly.
